New nursery unit for Drumnamoe Nursery School, Lurgan

The Council for Catholic Maintained Schools welcomes the recent announcement by the Minister for the establishment of a new nursery unit at Drumnamoe Nursery School, Lurgan.
The new class unit will accommodate an additional 26 permanent full-time nursery places for the children in the area.
According to Gerry Lundy, Head of School Planning and Development for CCMS,
“This is a welcomed addition to the nursery provision in the Lurgan area. It will certainly help meet the current demand for pre-school education and provide an opportunity for more local children to benefit from a high quality pre-school experience. We look forward to the opening of the unit and we will continue to work closely with the Trustees, school and the Department of Education towards its establishment.”
