Responses encouraged for Post-primary Review consultation
Monday, April 12, 2010
Following the launch in March of the NICCE consultation on the future of post-primary education those with an interest in education are being encouraged to respond to the consultation.
Gerry Lundy, Director of the Post-primary Review Team urged stakeholders to respond,
“We now want to hear from parents, teachers and staff in all our Catholic schools as well as from other schools and school sectors and indeed from anyone who has an interest in the delivery of our children’s education. We welcome views and considerations on our options or any other options or proposals which might address the challenges facing post-primary education. When completed the outcome of the consultation will be shared with our schools and their communities as well as the Department of Education and other education stakeholders."
The deadline for the receipt of responses is 30th June 2010.
All 16 project documents, as well as online response forms, are available to view at www.pprce.org.
