St Bronagh's win Liam McCormick Prize for RSUA Building of Year, Sustainability Award and Project Architect of the Year (Paul McMahon)

The Liam McCormick Prize was previously awarded to the Lyric Theatre by O’Donnell & Tuomey and the Giant’s Causeway Visitors Centre by Henegnan Peng. This is the first time that this award has been won by a school in the awards history.  St Bronagh’s Primary School, Rostrevor was one of 21 schemes shortlisted for the 2018 RSUA Awards - more than three times the number of projects in the same position in 2017.

‘Much is to be learnt from this project. The enthusiasm, commitment and engagement of the principal, staff, pupils and design team is exemplary in itself and had resulted in a building which will act as a model for similar future projects.’
