Money could be saved by only giving free bus passes for local schools and schools in a parish. The importance of parish seems to have been lost schools with low numbers should amalgamate and create amore efficient PARISH school. Also in some schools health and safey issues seem to have taken over everything leaving no room for fun and such restrictions that healthy things for eg like being allowed to play in the snow etc are not allowed. Schools who outwardly make a real effort to promote things like this should be rewarded for this
