Better principals, who can lead and support. A quality teacher can be identified and should be empowered to be professional. By this I mean to be largely free to plan and teach the way they see fit. Making decisions based on skill, expertise and many years of proven dedicated service should enhance teaching/learning experiences. A quality school leader should have the confidence and competence to lead such members of staff.

older honest, able teacher
