principals should treat all pupils regardless of background with respect.
I agree with the comment left by Martin. I also feel that equal rights should be given to all candidates who apply for jobs. Competition is strong out there any everyone should be given a fair and equal chance. I appreciate schools require certain skills at various stages in the schools development. It is very disheartening to those of us who struggle to fit criteria for jobs as the criteria at times is very specific.
Recommend to principles that they should give feedback to those candidates who have been interviewed for a teaching position. It is a common courtesy.
