i hope that we retain the strong ethos values in our schools

paula duffy

i think we should defend our right to have catholic schools and question the motives of others who challenge us

ann marie clenaghan

what happens when ccms goes?

dark thoughts

surely the church must act to retain catholic ethos values

stephen tweed

I'd like to see parents waking up to the fact that CCMS has acted in their best interests and without them we the teachers are stuffed

brendan mcguinness

I am not a Catholic, but I respect the Catholic/spiritual ethos in schools. I believe that Catholic schools are a positive facotr in our community. However, I believe that integrated schooling is a step in the right direction. The Catholic ethos can still be present alongside other world religions.

Kerry

I would rather have a catholic school than a grammar school. The core of faith formation is in primary age children. We need a strong influential lobby with a statutory role

Geraldine

I hope that the catholic church will continue to have a positive influence on the education of young people in ireland

michelle

why should we not continue to have catholic schools? why is there a big issue to integrate schools? i think our faith would be lost if we went down that road
